These programs pay you to read commercial email that they send. You don't actually have to read the email, you simply have to click a link in the email in order for the company to credit your account. The payment ranges from $.03 up to $.20 per email. Usually they will also pay you for referrals out to 2 to 5 levels. So far I've only gotten a couple of emails from several of the companies. The idea hasn't seemed to really take off quite yet, but holds great promise. Many of the "Get Paid to Surf" companies are getting in on "Get Paid 4 Email."
